  1. Chilled Milk: Drink half cup of chilled milk and half cup of water daily before going to bed. Cold milk is good for acidity
  2. Cow Ghee: Consume 1 spoon of cow’s ghee daily in the diet. Ghee is alkaline which results in better digestion
  3. Coriander powder: Take one tsp of coriander powder and mix it with ½ a tsp of sugar. Eat the mixture 2 times daily. coriander powder reduces acid in stomach
  4. Pineapple juice: Drink Pineapple juice with salt to cure acid reflux. pineapple has anti-acid substance that helps to treat hyperacidity
